There are absolutely no refunds. Change in scheduling is fine. Todd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whom he feels is inappropriate to the nature of his services. Helpful Tips for Your Reading
- You must book a reading below. Please do not send me long letters on my contact form, such as asking my opinion about personal matters, or any public cases. I will not respond to you unless it's a question about my website services or booking a reading.
- There are no refunds for readings. Not everyone has the same experience with my readings and I cannot guarantee the same level of satisfaction with everyone. I will not read for anyone who has a rude or hostile attitude.
- Rescheduling your appointment is no problem. You can do that on the scheduling page or I would be happy to assist you.
- I will promptly call you at your scheduled reading time. If you would like video, please say so in your reading form. I use Microsoft Teams and FaceTime. I will contact you before your reading and give you the information for a video call. I also need to be prompt at the end of our reading because there might be someone scheduled after you.
- I only use PayPal for credit card purchases.
- If this is your first time having a reading with me, I do not recommend you purchase an email reading. Email readings are helpful for people that live overseas, or who have a language barrier. This is not a scheduled time appointment. You can expect your email reading to arrive two-three days after you schedule. Please check your email and junk mailbox frequently in case I have questions for you. We will be able to respond to each other one or two times during an email reading, but then the email reading has to end after that.
- If you have a missing pet, read this carefully. Please say you have a missing pet on the reading form and I will contact you as soon as I can so that you can send me the information I need. I recommend a half hour phone reading. Remember, if your pet has been gone longer than two weeks without a sighting, my chances of tracking it are much less. I make no guarantees that I can help you find your pet. Pets gone a long time, such as over a month or longer, I can give you my opinion, but I probably won't be able to help you find them. If I am helping you track an animal that has confirmed sightings, I can usually respond to you for a week, but after that you will have to purchase a new reading.
- Please do not send me long letters of information. Too much information can harm what I see in a reading.
- I am a medium, but not every person comes through for a reading. I am not a spirit messenger, and the best results happen when you have no expectations.
- Please have a list of questions (that you keep) before our reading so you don’t forget what we want to discuss. I don’t necessarily do “general” readings. I read best when there is a topic or subject matter.
- I’m sorry, but I am not doing in-person readings or public readings at this time.
- I do not believe in psychic attacks or curses.
- I do not offer gift certificates.

I am not like other psychics and it is very important you understand what I do first before you book an appointment.
